SCNM Students Discuss Yoga Breathing For Relaxation and Energy

To all our yogis, September is National Yoga Month!  National Yoga Month was created by the Department of Health & Human Services to educate people about the benefits of yoga and how it can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. 

SCNM students and yoga instructors Chelsea and Tiffany have released a new video about two yoga breathing techniques to help you throughout the day.  The alternate nostril breathing technique is great for relaxation before a big test or interview.  The Breath of Fire method is a fantastic way to naturally give yourself an energy boost just by breathing!
